SEAN BADDING, PRESIDENT
Sean Badding is a seasoned healthcare executive with nearly 20 years-experience in assisted living, particularly in brain injury care. Sean's approach is rooted in a commitment to improving the lives of those recovering from brain injury, focusing on creating a supportive environment, engagement, and social reintegration. Sean graduated with a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Long Beach. Actively involved in community service, he's served on the Board of Directors for the Brain Injury Association of Arizona for 13 years and focuses his volunteer efforts on raising awareness and preventing brain injuries. Sean enjoys activities that connect him with nature and his community, including swimming, golfing, hiking and precious time with family.
JANETH BADDING, VICE PRESIDENT
Janeth Badding's leadership makes her a pivotal figure at Everlasting. Under her guidance, residents enjoy comprehensive enrichment programs dedicated to vocational skills, health and wellness, integrating social and community reintegration like art therapy, music therapy and community outings.
Janeth's story is one of resilience and dedication. Raised in El Salvador, she overcame significant personal tragedies to pursue education and career opportunities in the US. She studied at the Academy of Art in San Francisco, now uniquely positioned to leverage these skills to use art therapy as a healing tool for our residents. She continues to have a transformative impact on the lives of brain injury survivors, and when not working, she cherishes time with her husband and son, sharing a passion for painting and the outdoors and enjoying quality time with family and friends.
JOE WEST
Joe is an experienced Executive Director with a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable adult populations, specializing in traumatic brain injury, behavioral health, serious mental illness and intellectual disabilities. He brings years of leadership experience and a proven track record of driving positive outcomes for individuals and communities. Outside of his professional endeavors, Joe is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys spending quality time with his family. He is excited to continue growing and strengthening the Everlasting Services family and fostering an environment of rehabilitation, compassion and integrity.
LINN CUNNINGHAM, LPN BS BA
Linn's extensive history includes obtaining her LPN and a Bachelor's in Business Administration. Linn moved to Arizona in 1983 and became actively involved in eldercare, developing innovative and specialized care programs for individuals with Alzheimer's and other related brain disorders. While advancing healthcare for Arizona seniors, she played a significant role in the opening of Arizona's first Assisted Living facility, ran a consulting business for the industry and became a lead caregiver trainer before eventually meeting the Badding's while consulting with them to open their TBI homes and eventually joining Team Everlasting. When she isn't working, she loves attending her grand-daughter's dance performances and hosting sleep-overs for them.

ALICIA M. BROWN, ASB LPN
Alicia joined Everlasting with an extensive career in healthcare administration and marketing~ working with brain and spinal cord injuries in Florida and Pennsylvania, before moving to Arizona where she continued in healthcare admin/mktg and attended nursing school. Alicia's diverse nursing career included working in Infectious Disease during covid, however she always missed working with TBI survivors. Thrilled to join Team Everlasting, Alicia combines her nursing background, evaluating individuals for potential placement & developing and implementing strategic marketing plans. She enjoys spending her free time being creative, traveling with her husband and visiting her two adult daughters in Pennsylvania.
Tonya Gardner
Tonya comes to Everlasting with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. She's worked as a CNA, Patient Care Technician and most recently, as an Activities Director in an Assisted Living facility in Tennessee.
She is a tremendous advocate for residents - championing independence and re-integration opportunities. Putting her green-thumb to use, Tonya is working closely with the residents on the Pavilion's culinary gardens located in our courtyard.
When not working, Tonya enjoys heading up north with her husband to enjoy camping, hiking and anything outdoors.
GUSTAVO GONZALEZ
Gustavo joined Everlasting early 2024, bringing with him his seven years of restaurant experience and 2 years working for schools. He enjoys making the rounds in the dining room at mealtime - visiting with residents of all different ages and experiences, and learning about their diverse backgrounds. Gustavo leads a dynamic staff in a predominantly 'made-from-scratch' kitchen, as well as mentoring residents who are participating in a vocational kitchen training program. On Friday mornings, he ditches the apron for a couple of hours and joins the Everlasting Residents "Men's Group" - providing support, shooting pool, playing darts and ping-pong, and talking about 'guy stuff.' When he's not working, Gustavo loves spending time with his 3-year-old daughter, reading, and going to theaters.
