ASSISTED LIVING PHYSICAL THERAPY

Neuro Physical Therapy is a specialized field focused on treating individuals with neurological conditions, such as Traumatic Brain Injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, and MS.  Goals vary but often include improved movement, balance, coordination and functional independence. 

Everlasting is pleased to partner with Rehab Without Walls, combining their 30 years of service to valley residents with our 20 years of service in Arizona.

Therapists provide services ON-SITE at Everlasting's Estrella Center community in West Phoenix.

Our Assisted Living residents can participate in PHYSICAL THERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY OR SPEECH THERAPY.
